As part of the Lake Dental Care Savings Plan, you’ll receive the following for a full year at no extra charge:
• Two dental exams
• Two simple teeth cleanings
• One emergency exam
• One free teeth whitening
• All necessary X-rays
• UNLIMITED 15% DISCOUNT

All other dental services are offered at an unlimited 15% discount from regular price. There are no pre-existing condition exclusions or exclusions for elective or cosmetic treatment. This discount can be used for the following services: dental fillings, root canals, periodontal treatment, dental crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and partials, tooth extractions, nitrous oxide sedation, or dental sealants.
